USB Blaster Vs. Blue screen of Death

Hey guys, so I have Windows 7 professional and when I am installing the drivers for the USB Blaster I get the blue screen with error message of memory dump. anyone having the same problem? I had windows 7 home premium and was told that was my problem because it was doing it as well then, and when I got Windows 7 Professional it kept doing it.

Which version of Quartus?

I've installed several (newer) versions under Windows 7 and have not seen issues.

1. Remove all previous version + driver of Quartus II

2. Download the latest version 11.1SP2

3. Install drivers from# 2

Thank you so much did what you told me and it worked and installed the drivers perfectly as of right now. My school uses version 9.1 though can I know uninstall 11.1 and install 9.1 without affect the driver?

Quartus does not require latest USB-blaster driver to work. You can install Quartus 9.1SP2 now. Do not reinstall USB-blaster. Bottom line,

1. Quartus 9.1SP2 for design entry

2. USB-blaster driver from 11.1SP2
