Hi,


Do you still facing this issue?


Kindly try below:

  1. Ensure that USB Blaster Adapter connected to the board in correct manner(one to one mapping)
  2. Complete reinstall of Quartus Prime
  3. Running as admin

Another try:

  1. Disconnect other USB device
  2. uninstall and reinstall the usb blaster driver
  3. If you have another USB Blaster, please try using another one and see if it works.
