Usb blaster ii

Unfortunately, a faulty programable devices unit in our production line (5 units) , I have found that the U5 component in the cable card is faulty, I want to know what the manufacturer's part number is in order to perform repair

    Sorry, i am not able to determine the device based on the photo attached. Is the U5 component a FPGA? Probably you may determine the part number from your schematic.

      I do not have the scheme , this is the Altera burning device, I opened the cover and need to know the part number, maybe you can send me the usb blaster 2 scheme ?
