USB-Blaster II not recognized in Windows 10/11

I just bought a USB-Blaster II from Digikey and I am trying to set it up in my Windows 11 computer with Quartus Prime 23.1std. As soon as I plug it in, this message appears: Same problem happ...

Hi,


It seems like the USB blaster got problems. Please contact Digikey so they can file RMA for the USB Blaster.

    Good moorning.

    The USB blaster was indeed malfunctioning. DigiKey sent a new one and worked correctly.
