USB-Blaster II not recognized in Windows 10/11

I just bought a USB-Blaster II from Digikey and I am trying to set it up in my Windows 11 computer with Quartus Prime 23.1std. As soon as I plug it in, this message appears: Same problem happ...

Is this the first time you try to connect the USB Blaster II?

Do you have another USB Blaster that you could try to connect?
