Usb blaster drivers

I installed Quartus 9.2sp1 on my new pc where is windows xp sp3. When I try to install usb blaster drivers with the usual procedure it says : cannot find the software. I've done this procedure ...

1. In Windows XP, unstall the USB-blaster driver

2. Reboot

3. Reinstall USB-blaster driver

4. If# 3 failed, manual browse the driver to install
