USB 3.0 and Cyclone V or Arria V

The recently announced Arria V GX will feature 6G transceivers. Will it be possible to use them for an USB 3.0 interface?

Similarly, will it be possible to use Cyclone V GT 5G transceivers for an USB 3.0 interface?

Or, should I expect to continue using discrete PHYs?
