I supplied PL-USB-BLASTER-RCN 2 pcs for my customer but there is an failure.
I got picture from them, so please check attached picture.
Please let me know some solutions to solve that error.
They need solution right now, but I don't know why, so re-act about it quickly.

-Both USB Blaster failed?
-What is the error message of the failure?
-What is the Quartus version that was used?
-Was the USB Blaser driver successfully installed?
--We also have some problem with USB Blaster previously, you might want to download the patch from below;
