Unused Bank VCCIO for Arria 10

Hi, Is it possible not connect power the VCCIO voltage on unused banks in Arria 10 devices (for example, leave unconnected)?

Hi,

explain, please, that means "power down":

1. I can switch off VCCIO voltage of unused I/O banks after the power-on all FPGA VCCIO voltage?

or:

2. I can not connect VCCIO voltage of unused I/O banks on the pcb board and leave VCCIO pins of unused I/O banks float?
