Hello,

in the first example, the polarity has been correct for "logic-level" RS232, which is iverted by the MAX232 driver. Now polarity is incorrect. Apart from that, the module is now sending the intended two characters at corrcet baudrate, LSB "9" first, as I could see by Quartus internal simulator. I append my test vector file.
