Two masters and one slave

Hi,

is possible to have two Avalon masters interface (Nios CPU and some component) and one Avalon slave (DM9000A controller)? Is there some automatic Avalon arbitration or I have to use some multiplexer for example? I want to use Nios for initialization at the begining and after it my component will transfer data.
