true dual port == 2 x M20Ks

Seems like invoking true dual port (2 R/W ports) doubles the M20K resources - is this correct and if so where is it documented? I don't see it mentioned in https://www.altera.com/en_us/pdfs/lit...

Which is not what I claimed in my speculation post either. I guess we can terminate this miscommunication now.
