Trouble with components with multiple src files in QSYS

I was wondering if someone else have seen this problem with the component UI in QSYS. I'm running Quartus II 12.0 with an Arria II GX as target. I'm trying to make a component using the QSYS ...

Here is the response on my service request:

I tried to check our internal Software Problem Report. There is one qsys component editor issue.

This issue look very similar to your issue. The issue is that the file is being written out ok, complete with the filesets. However, if you edit the component again, then close without re-adding the files, those filesets will be lost.Only a single file shows up which is top level file in qsys 12.0. The rest submodules files will be gone.

This issue has been fixed in our internal build 12.0SP2.

Workaround: Manually add back the missing file as a temporary solution.

So indeed it is a problem. I'm trying to find out when the SP is due out.
