Trouble with components with multiple src files in QSYS

I was wondering if someone else have seen this problem with the component UI in QSYS. I'm running Quartus II 12.0 with an Arria II GX as target. I'm trying to make a component using the QSYS ...

I have seen this also. So I save the file in the component editor only once, and use the Quartus editor to add/change things later.
