Tool to compare checksum of MAX II through command prompt?

Wondering whether there's any tool for MAX II CPLD that we can use under DOS or Windows(DOS preferred) to Dump out the data in CPLD or the checksum of the CPLD and compare with default file/parameter we set with command prompts? Thanks!

    I tried tool similar to this which provided by Altera FAE, but it can't read the checksum back out. Anyways, thanks!
