TimeQuest Quick Start Tutorial

Hi,

I am new to FPGAs. I am now learning about TimeQuest. so I got the TimeQuest Timing Analyzer Quick Start Tutorial. It was created in 2009, for Software version 9.1. I know we are in 2015, Quartus II 14.1.1, but hey that's what Altera provides... Should I just ignore this tutorial??

With that you also get the Fir_Filter example that they tell you to use. Which I have.

So I open the design. It gives me a warning saying that Cyclone devices are not supported (I have QII web edition). I press ok. Then it says the project settings are read only...

One of the first thing the tutorial tells you to do is to compile it. Well it does NOT compile. Apparently because it is set to use Cyclone family devices...! I can't change to another device because... project setting are read only files...!

Can anyone help me with this?
