time limited sof file

Hello, I have still not purchased the license for NIOS II IP. So right now i get the _time_limited.sof file output from the Quartus 9.0 sp1 edition. My question is can the time_limited...

No.

Time limited means that you can not create files that can be used for production purposes to enable you to sell your design

instead you need a connection between your pc and the target.
