I would like to request a delphi model for an FPGA in order to complete a detailed thermal analysis using Flotherm.
FPGA part number: EP3C25Q240C8N
FPGA Part Description: IC, CYCLONE III FPGA 25K 240-PQFP, PQFP24

The Flotherm models can be downloaded from this link under 'Tools, Models and Libraries' tab.
