The RJ45 connection is right??

hello everyone!

I've a EP2S180 DSP board !And now I'm doing the ethenet communication.and the IC is lan91c111.I think there're some error about the connection between RJ45 and lan91c111 in the shematic of altera website.the connection in it list below:

lan91c111 ---> RJ45

14-->1

15-->3

17-->4

18-->6

but the RJ45 should use the pin:1,2,3,6

so I don't sure if the board is right.In my experiment ,when I send data ,the led don't light and it's not successful. I've checked it for a long time.But I can read the data that I send during Phy loopback test experiment .

    Yes, it's a MagJack, not a simple modular jack.

    I don't know your meaning ! Please describe in detail ! That means I can't realize the ethenet communication on the Stratix EP2s180 Dsp board ! Because the PCB of this board have 16 layer,it's very diffuclt to test the connection of this board !I want to know if the connection on the board is right !!

    Google for magjack, if you don't understand my post. It's a modular jack with integrated magnetics.

    You can simply assume, that the board schematic is O.K. It's working well for others. Unfortunately we can't determine from a distance, why your ethernet communication fails.
