The possibility of the testing for Intel Stratix 10 in China

Dear Sirs,

We purchase many integrated circuits like above photo from overseas and these integrated circuits suffered impact/shock during air tranport, but the appearance of these integrated circuits is in general condition, thus, in order to ascertain whether these integated circuits are damaged or not, we plan to carry out the professional testing in China.

My question is:

Which the third party testing company or organization could test these integrated circuits? Or which company authorized by INTEL could carry out the testing for these integrated circuits?
