The last argument to qmegawiz should be the file name

Hi,

I am getting the error as listed "The last argument to qmegawiz should be the file name". I am trying to generate block RAMs using "qmegawiz" function in batch mode. the syntax used is;

qmegawiz -silent -f:parameter.txt ram_256x32.v

but here at the end of the command i am providing the output file name as RAM_256x32.v.

Please let me know solution for this?
