The GNDIO to VCCIO1 Waveform of MAX II EPM1270T144I5N

Hi,

We have this device with four date codes(YYWW): 2001, 2007,1943 and 2025.
The date codes with 2007 and 1943 were function failed devices.
We tested the GNDIO to VCCIO1 Waveform, there are differences among the four date codes devices.See attached test reports.

So, I would like to consult that:
1. Do you have the standerd waveform of the GNDIO to VCCIO1?
2. Is the VCCIO1 caused the failure？

    Your devices looks good and no failing behavior found based on the waveform and the report.

    Do you have any other information? i.e the symptoms or how you discover the failure?
