TFP410 Digital Transmitter

I would like correct some details in my precious question. So, modified question is:

I am planning to use Terasic DVI-HSMC Card as driver for HD display with DVI input. My design is producing HD video (1920 x 1080 pixels) on 30 MHz frequency. Is it possible to use Terasic DVI-HSMC Card as driver for HD display which requires frame rate of 60 fps?

I can ask this question on other way, too: My design is providing video output (R,G,B pixels and other input signals for TFP410 Digital Transmitter) on frame rate of 15 fps. Can Terasic DVI-HSMC Card produce video output at 60 fps under these conditions? Thanks.
