system genration failed in SOPC under 1.0.1 version

Hello,everyone:

My problem is that "generation failed " when I created a system on SOPC and go to generate under 10.1 version. The error is as follow:

Failed to refresh PTF file;

C：/altera/10.1/quartus/sopc_builder/bin/nios_sh:fork:resource temporarily unavaliable.

    I've had these same errors popup every now and then and in every case they had to do with either the installation of a new Altera version or the installation of some other conflicting hardware that modifies the PATH variable or other environment settings.

    Once I had to do a system restore to an earlier date to get rid of this but the last one was a bit easier and it was because I had SOPC paths pointing to multiple versions of SOPC directories from earlier installation.

    Go through the long command line that ptf is trying to execute and see if you have incorrect paths there, that should help to find the problem.
