Stratix4 VCCPD pin connection

Hi,

Iam using EP4SGX70 F780 device.

I have to support 3.3V IO and 2.5V IO on the IO bank.

Please help me with below query.

1) Should I separately connect 2.5V to VCCPD of IO bank that support 2.5V and 3V to VCCPD of IO bank that support 3.3V?

or

2)Can I connect 3V to VCCPD of all IO bank?
