Stratix IV GX kit: BoardTestSystem.exe fails "active version is not 9.1"

I'm trying to run the BoardTestSystem.exe program for a Stratix IV GX kit. Unfortunately, it complains that 9.1 must be the active version. I have already installed Quartus 10.0. ...

ok, the kit installation for Quartus II 11.1 is available at Stratix IV GX FPGA Development Kit page.
