Stratix IV GX kit: BoardTestSystem.exe fails "active version is not 9.1"

I'm trying to run the BoardTestSystem.exe program for a Stratix IV GX kit. Unfortunately, it complains that 9.1 must be the active version. I have already installed Quartus 10.0. ...

i believe you'll need 9.1(sp2?) to use the kit. you can grab it here:

https://www.altera.com/download/archives/arc-index.jsp

its ok to have more than 1 version of Quartus II on the same machine. i expect this kit might get updated to 10.0
