Stratix II GX EP2SGX125 Missing

Are you certain of the part number you've posted? I don't think it exists.

The Stratix II EP2SGX130 you mention is clearly 'closest' - but compiling a design for a device that is close in size to the one you want will not yield anything useable.

Have a look on Altera's site for all the Stratix II parts available: buy-devices.html (http://www.altera.com/buy/devices/buy-devices.html)
