Stratix 4- EP4SGX70DF29I3 - max Power consupmtion

I am doing a STRESS analysis for a project I am working on. I need to make sure that the applied Power dissipation in my project is less then the maximum allowed pwer dissipation of the component, in Ambient temperature of 70 deg. I have looked for the maximum power consumption, and the "TETA" junction to ambient, and could not find it.

Please provide me the maximum power dissipation at 70 degrees ambient temp. and the teta junction to ambient.
