Stratix 3 bsdl version error (EP3SE110F780)

Hello,

I have a problem with the BSDL file of the FPGA EP3SE110F780.

The bsdl file said that the version of component is : 0000 or when I read the version with a Jtag software or with Quartus the result is 0001.

Where I can find the last Bsdl file and what are the differences between Version 0 and 1.
