STRATIX 10 Thermal Resistance Value

Hi

I am conducting thermal simulations involving the use of an Intel Stratix 10 (1SM21CHU2F53E1VG). I understand that the Early Power Estimator provides some information for the thermal resistance values. However, the thermal resistance from the junction-to-board (Theta_JB) is not available.

As such, I would like to enquire on the Theta_JB value for Stratix 10.

If this information is unavailable, do you have, in terms of percentage, the amount of heat that will be dissipated via the top of the component and to the bottom?
