Honored ContributorI've searched pretty thoroughly the Intel / Altera website and all the documentation the Stratix 10 and I can't seem to find the mechanical drawings for the packages. Has anyone run across them? I need them so I can locate a socket for my development work. I'm primarily interested in the HF55 (largest 55 x 55 mm2) package.
