Stratix 10 MX Synchronization failed on bitstream download.

Hi,

I am trying to download bitstream to Intel Stratix 10 MX FPGA but I am getting errors in the process.

As indicated in the image, it says "synchronization failed" error in the transcript when I try to start FPGA configuration in the programmer.

The bitstream file itself is for Stratix 10 MX and successfully downloaded before in the same version of Quartus(19.4).

I also tried example sof files that came with Stratix 10 MX, but no sof file was successfully downloaded. ( same error happens )

Power cycling FPGA device by turning on/off switch is not helpful.

Any input would be appreciated.
