Stratix® 10 GX DDR4 Memory calibration failed

In Apr, we requested the failure analysis of the DDR4 Memory calibration for 5pcs 1SG280HN2F43E2VG rejected samples.

Per Intel instruction we returned 3pcs samples of 1SG280HN2F43E2VG to Intel Lab for analysis in Aug.

Final report showed 2pcs Test Escapee of DDR calibration test and 1pcs NDF. Details refer to report CI2427-9514.

Now we still have 9pcs rejected samples with same failure, pls. release RMA for 9pcs samples or perform failure analysis again, thanks!

All unites have moved from PCBA because the PCBA need to return customer for function test again, pls. note it and thanks!

    Hello,


    Do you have access to file IPS (Intel Premier Support). I tried to process your RMA but they required to have IPS number. I can't proceed this RMA using forum case.
