Strange FPGA marking code

We use a EP3C120F780C7N FPGA in many boards but some of them come to us with a FPGA with the code EP3C120F780C7AD, do you know what the AD at the end of the code means?, Thanks

As per intel glossary of terms AD stands for Ad-Hoc
