SOPC BUilder V7.2 problem for windows 7

I have installed Quartus II 7.2 on windows 7 in which I am unable to open the SOPC builder on windows 7 Everything else is working perfectly except when we click on the SOPC Builder option ...

If you have problems getting the USB-Blaster working you could also host the JTAG server on Windows 7 (native) and have the tools in the VM (XP) connect to it over Ethernet using remote JTAG.

I typically use Virtualbox and usually getting the USB-Blaster working is seemless.
