"Snickerdoodle"-like board using Altera CY5 SoC?

Does anybody know of a product or project similar to the "Snickerdoodle" board (https://www.crowdsupply.com/krtkl/snickerdoodle) but using Altera chips instead of Xilinx? I would like to find for so...

snickerdoodle = 240 GPIO pins + ARM + FPGA + 2.4GHz Wi-Fi + Bluetooth + BLE + a mobile app for $55 (or 270 I/O pins + a 3x bigger FPGA and 30% faster ARM + 2.4/5GHz Wi-Fi for $140)

And a bunch of baseboards to plug into for networking, video processing, etc.
