Slow EthernetBlaster II firmware update

How long should I expect a firmware update to take for the EthernetBlaster II?

I've had the blinking purple LED for about 90 minutes now.

    After 2 hours of waiting I got frustrated and opened a second browser window and navigated to http://192.168.0.50. This second attempt to access the device's web server seemed to kick the process off. The original browser window started updating and the update completed within about 1 minute. Weird.
