Honored ContributorWhere did you get the triple_speed_ethernet_design from? Try to use the cycloneIII_3c120_dev_niosII_standard design from the files that Altera provides for the kit (here (ftp://ftp.altera.com/outgoing/devkit/cycloneiii_3c120_dev_kit-v9.0.2.exe)).
