Honored ContributorJake, thanks for the reply. I've spent the last couple of days debugging this one and it turns out there are no problems with Signal Tap. We are still not sure what the problem was, but we are sure it is not in the FPGA. Most likely a software issue on the other side. However the weird thing is that the packet sniffer software was not picking up the message on the wire. Regardless, Signal Tap is ok so we can continue with the real debuging :)
