RMA request, MPN EP4CGX150DF27I7N /080-1594-001ZNE

Hi Intel RMA /FA team,

CTH received 3pcs customer field returned component ,we have to request FA to manufacturer base on customer (Ciena) requirement.

Pls help co-ordinate this FA request and release RMA# to us for sample return ASAP. Thanks!
