Request for Part status and Datasheet

Dear Team,

Hope you are doing well.

Could you please advise if part no  EP3C120F780I7SZ is valid and Active from ALTERA. I am unable to determine option suffix SZ indicate as it is not listed in any of the documentation.

Also can you please advise if part no's  EP3C120F780I7N and EP3C120F780I7 are Active and available. in case these are Discontinued. Please share EOL notice.
