Don't confuse the '32' and '64' numbers in the part number for 32-bit or 64-bit :)

The 7064 is a device with twice the internal logic as compared to the 7032. So, yes. You will be able to do what you want.

However, you will need to recompile your code, using QuartusII, targeting the larger part.
