To what level? 100krad(Si), 300krad(Si)?

The MAX10 devices are not rad-hard. The Microsemi Igloo2/Smartfusion2 might be hard enough for you, or perhaps the RTAX-2000 series (an ancient device, but it is rad-hard, but not reprogrammable).
