question about sdram on nios II

i instantiate bram in my simple module and access it through nios ii processor,i follow usual steps , error occured,anyone knows please help me

I don't know 'bram' but from a quick Google search it seems that it is Xilinx' name for internal dual-port sram. Now I'm ronfused. Do you want to use internal memory or externl sdram?

i want to use both bram(blockram) and external memory (sdram controller(ddr2/sdram))through niosii and i need to store more datas (image pixels) into sdram.

In that case you can start with the standard design, which already has the SDRAM controller, and add an on chip memory.

i am in need of documentation reg. sdram (cycloneii ep2c35)controller any one help please

In what language dd you write your component? Be sure to include the hdl files in the component creator and to select an entity as top level for your component.
