Query on Intel Agilex Devices

Hi Team,

Since the IO level mismatch in the Intel SoC to Ethernet PHY(DP83867IRRGZR).Shown below.

We came up with the following inquiries.

1.If we set the IOL (Current strength)to 2mA in the Quartus prime Tool, How much will be the VOL?

2.Reducing the current strength will affect any data specification of the device?
