Quartus Prime Pro 18 Installation Error

While I am installing Quartus Prime Pro 18 I am getting the following error message:

After Click Ok. This is the second error message:

Hi,

Screen shots are not visible properly, Can you please resend the screen shots by doing save as .jpg or else use Snipping Tool.

Better way type it.

Which operating system you are using?
