Quartus Prime Eclipse generates Error creating Niosii project; see below

Error Creating Project: Failed to execute: wsl doseunix create-this-bsp; ./create-this-bsp--cpu-name nios2_gen2_0 --no-make

Error generated from within "Nios II Application and BSP from Template". This is the prescribed method to use from various Intel Instructions and tutorials. Unable to proceed to next level of evaluation and development. Please advise.

    Thank you for posting in Intel community forum, hope this message find you well and apologies for the delayed in response.
    A brief look into the error mention it seems that the environment you have might have missed WSL.
    If that is the case, please do refer to the steps here to installed WSL on your environment.
    Please do try out and let us know if that helps.
