Strange. And Cyclone + Stratix families installs correctly?

when install the Arria II GX family failed the program just jump to finish
so i can't install other family I've tried install Cyclone IV first but same error 11.1 sp2 error picture - Altera_Forum

uncheck "Get Subscription License" box run again
