Quartus II 14.1 Software?

I am using a Terasic DE0-CV board in a digital systems class and the professor is requiring us to use Quartus II 14.1. I do not see it but I do see 13.1 and it is a massive file of about 10.5 G. As ...

From that download page you should be able to select the "Quartus II Software (6)" link on the left hand side to get to the legacy software download page.

It should get you here:

which is the QuartusII 13.1 web download links, for either Windows or Linux, your choice.

Follow those and you can download either full ISO images or the parts of the software you require.
